Before you store goods with Central Atlanta Props and Sets (CAPS GA)
- Ask if they offer public (shared) warehousing or only dedicated contracts, and the minimum term.
- Get pricing per pallet per month, plus in/out handling fees, receiving and storage minimums.
- Ask for a certificate of insurance and what their warehouse receipt covers (warehouse legal liability).
- Visit if you can: check dock doors, racking, security, sprinklers and cleanliness.
